The original spark for this track came from the story of a young girl that was murdered very close to where I was living. I was very affected by the tragic circumstances of her death and I also thought about all the other young lives tragically cut short by things out of their control. Their legacy lives on and I wanted to pay testimony to this. Their dreams, their lives, their fears, their loves and everything they ever gave to the world lives on in the minds and hearts of those who are still in this world.
